Customer Technical Support- International

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) in this Blended process role, you will be responsible for handling both chat and voice interactions with customers. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Gurgaon sector 18 with a work mode of Work From Office (WFO). The salary for this role is 27k inhand and 31k CTC, and the working days are Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through both chat and voice channels to address their queries and concerns effectively. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction. - Work in a rotational shift schedule to accommodate customer needs and business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree is mandatory for this position. - Minimum 6 months of experience in an International process is required, preferably in voice-based customer service. - Fluent English language skills are preferred to communicate effectively with customers. - Technical experience is an advantage for this role.
