Job Summary / Overview The Customer Support Voice will apply his/her expertise and knowledge in performing their duties include responding to customer queries, solving issues, and providing information about the company's products or services. They ensure that all customer interactions via voice are handled efficiently, professionally, and within the set timeframes. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Monitor and manage multiple communication channels simultaneously. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes. * Meet performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and response time Interview Rounds HR Round AMCAT Assessment Client Round Main Job Requirements Graduation is Mandatory. Fresher or Minimum 6 Months of Experience on Customer Service Support preferred. Should have strong comprehension skills. Computer skills with good speed. Should be interested to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (Any 9 Hours Assigned by the Reporting person). More frequently in night shifts. Rotational shifts 5 Days of Work and 2 Days rotational week offs. Immediate joiners preferred. * Language - English and Hindi mandatory Certification : DRA Certification (Mandatory)
