As a Customer Support Executive for the Voice Process, your role will involve handling customer queries over calls, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries over calls - Provide solutions to customer issues - Ensure customer satisfaction with the service provided Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate - Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory) - Must clear Versant Level 4 assessment In this role, you will be expected to work full-time with 6 days working and rotational shifts. Females will have shift timings from 8 AM to 8 PM, while males will work from 8 AM to 12 AM. Additionally, you should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude to excel in this position.,
