We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated fresh graduates with excellent communication skills to join our team as Customer Support Trainees. Selected candidates will be on a 6-month training in customer support, after completion of 6 months, salary revisions will be based on performance.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers eligible).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Office, Email).
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
