Job Description

As an ERP software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding customer issues related to the software and effectively resolving them with the assistance of developers. Your role will involve maintaining continuous communication with customers until the final resolution of their tickets by providing timely updates on the status of their pending tickets. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the software and its modules thoroughly. - Answer calls professionally, providing information about ERP and services, and collecting details of complaints. - Translate customers' complaints related to ERP to the Development team accurately. - Offer networking and hardware support. - Provide technical support and guidance to clients. - Conduct training sessions for clients on the usage of ERP modules. - Address clients' queries and issues through calls, messages, and emails. - Uphold a high level of process quality and consistency while maintaining an excellent relationship with customers. - Identify and document change requests received from clients. - Collaborate with the development team effectively. Qualifications Required: - Good presentation skills. - Excellent verbal communication abilities. - Positive attitude towards achieving final closure by providing solutions. - Experience in an IT background company.
