Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Support - Sales & Support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and that they are guided toward our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, chats, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services or packages.
• Support sales closure by providing product information, pricing, offers, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams (doctors, therapists, logistics) to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and service delivery.
• Address complaints, rescheduling, refund requests, and service feedback with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain CRM entries, call logs, and service records accurately.
• Meet daily/weekly customer satisfaction and conversion KPIs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer support or inside sales role (Healthcare, Beauty, or Wellness preferred)
• Excellent communication skills – English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Comfort with CRM tools, call dialers, and basic MS Office
• Patient, problem-solving attitude, and strong follow-up skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (rotational or fixed, depending on team structure)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
