Customer Support & Sales Executive (US Shift)

Job Description:

Paywint is hiring a Customer Support & Inside Sales Executive who can handle US customers through voice calls and chat.
This role is completely inside sales – no field work, no outdoor sales.

The candidate should be comfortable working in the US night shift and interacting with international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle voice calls and chat support for US customers
• Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner
• Explain Paywint products and services clearly
• Perform inside sales activities (call-based and chat-based sales)
• Convert customer enquiries into sales
• Follow up with interested leads
• Update call, chat, and sales details in the system
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable speaking with US customers
• Willing to work in night / US shift
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, Chat tools, CRM)
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer focus
• No field sales – this is a 100% office / remote role
• Freshers with good communication can apply
• Experience in US process / Inside sales / BPO is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,865.04 - ₹30,581.38 per month
