Customer Support & Order Coordination Executive

The Customer Support & Order Coordination Executive position based in Rourkela Office requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual to manage customer communication, order follow-ups, feedback collection, and Excel record maintenance. The role necessitates regular customer interaction, emphasizing strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to customers for order status updates, following up for repeat orders and reviews, updating order details and feedback in Excel, handling customer queries professionally, and coordinating with internal teams for order-related updates. The ideal candidate should possess fluent communication skills in English and Hindi, proficient English writing skills for emails and data entry, a strong grasp of Microsoft Excel including basic formulas, data entry, and reporting, a pleasant telephone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills, effective time management abilities, and the capacity to multitask. Candidates with a minimum education of 10+2 or a Graduate degree, with no experience or up to 1 year of customer service experience, are eligible. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential requirements.
