Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats.
Attend incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls.
Follow up with customers after refund.
Record and document every customer call and conversation.
Keep Google Sheets updated accurately and regularly.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Freshers/students are welcome to apply.
Tamil Telugu Malayalam language if comes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
