As an Insurance Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve engaging with potential customers through outbound calls to understand their insurance needs. You will be responsible for advising on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products, while achieving daily targets and maintaining compliance and service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to understand their insurance needs. - Advise on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products. - Achieve daily targets while maintaining compliance and service quality. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any field. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi without any MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors. - Additional knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, and Gujarati is a plus. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Prior insurance or sales experience is preferred. - Flexible to work in rotational shifts (day shift for female employees up to 8 PM; rotational shifts for male employees). - 6-day workweek. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, our company offers competitive compensation packages based on experience: - Up to 25,000 CTC for freshers. - Up to 35,000 CTC for experienced candidates (based on last drawn salary).
