Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive (Sales) to join our team and manage domestic and international client queries related to sales. The ideal candidate should be proactive, fluent in English, and have a customer-first mindset to drive satisfaction and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Communicate effectively with international clients
  • Provide product information, quotations, and follow-up support
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely responses
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or sales (preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and MS Office
