· Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of Product Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat · Clear Queries about products of the company · Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service · Enter and update customer information in the database · Keep records of calls and useful information · Documentation works.
