Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with a technical background in Computer Science or IT to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should be familiar with APIs, HTML, CSS, Java, and Microsoft tools, and possess strong communication skills. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy solving technical problems, working with customers, and are eager to start or grow a career in technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide technical assistance related to APIs,and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate complex cases to internal technical teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth support process.
• Document customer interactions, solutions, and contribute to a self-service knowledge base.
• Stay updated on product developments, technical features, and support best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, HTML, CSS, Java, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Freshers with strong technical skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with CRM/helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
• Basic scripting or troubleshooting experience.
• Prior experience in a technical support or customer-facing technical role.
