Job Summary

In this challenging position as Customer Support executive, you will be managing the customer support activities (mainly email, call and Chat support) for a fast growing Share market Company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To providecall, chat support for international customers
  • Take part in daily stand-up meetings
  • Utilize and build FAQs, Solution Guides and Knowledge Base
  • Maintain up to date and accurate process documentation Compile requirements for IT for new developments
  • Support requests from senior management
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Self-driven and goal orientated + strong organizational talent.
  • A positive can-do attitude and collaborate with international teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
