Shift : 9.30am - 6.30pm & sunday fixed off
Benefits : ESI & PF and lunch will be provided by the company itself
Location : Guindy, Chennai.
Roles & Responsibilities for Jewellers process :
* Contact potential clients from leads database or inbound inquiries.
* Explain features, styles, pricing, and authenticity of jewelry products.
* Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends (gold, diamond, platinum, bridal sets).
* Understand product certifications (BIS Hallmark, IGI, GIA, etc.).
Roles & Responsibilities for Matrimony process :
* Call registered members or leads from the matrimony platform.
* Understand client requirements (religion, caste, profession, preferences).
* Pitch premium plans, paid memberships, and additional services.
* Guide users on benefits of upgrading and how to use the platform better.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
