Job Description

Technotask Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Care Executives for multiple processes. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, subject to the eligibility criteria for each process.

1. ZEE5 – Media Process (Blended: Chat and Calls)

Salary:

• V5: ₹21,000 per month
• V4: ₹18,000 per month

Eligibility: HSC or Graduates (Freshers and Experienced)
Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts, any 9-hour shift
Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat and calls.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns within the required timelines.

Required Skills: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

2. Healthcare Process – Sales

Salary: ₹19,000 CTC | ₹18,800 In-hand per month

Eligibility: HSC (Freshers and Experienced)
Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to healthcare services.
• Explain products or services and assist customers with their requirements.
• Support sales activities and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills: Good communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.

3. Traya – Customer Service

Salary: ₹19,000 CTC | ₹18,200 In-hand per month

Eligibility: HSC candidates with experience or Graduate freshers
Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Assist customers with service-related concerns.
• Maintain customer records and follow process guidelines.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Required Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
