Customer Support Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Diploma / HSC (12th Pass).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Customer Support, BPO, or Call Center is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,520.37 - ₹34,475.34 per month
