ob Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle international voice interactions with customers. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Troubleshoot issues and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company processes
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Neutral or clear accent with strong listening skills
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and efficiently
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Educational Requirements:

Any Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirements)

Preferred Experience:

0–2 years of experience in a BPO or customer support role (freshers can apply)
Experience in international voice process is an added advantage
