JOB SPECIFICS
Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
Process: Night Shift Only
Industry: USA Taxation
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Generating and managing leads
Coordinating with internal departments to support client needs
Maintaining high-quality call standards
Demonstrating professional phone etiquette
Resolving customer queries effectively
Tracking and maintaining data on call handling time, new leads, etc.
