Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
  • Understand customer concerns and provide timely, accurate solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, operations) to resolve issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
  • Meet response time and resolution SLAs
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
