Handle inbound customer calls for international clients with professionalism and fluency. You’ll translate global customer needs into solutions through clear communication and service excellence, assisting international customers with inquiries and concerns while delivering exceptional support on a worldwide platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls from international clients with professionalism and clarity
• Communicate solutions effectively using clear verbal communication with non-native speakers
• Navigate customer accounts and provide policy-based solutions
• Manage time zone differences and international customer expectations
• Escalate complex issues with detailed documentation
• Maintain quality standards through consistent AHT and productivity metrics
• Document interactions accurately in company systems
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements

Essential Requirements

• C1 Level English Communication – Fluent, articulate, confident in international conversations (verified through standardized assessment)
• Age: Below 35 years
• Education: UG/Any Graduate (Freshers welcome!)
• Experience: Fresher or up to 12 months (100% weight for BPO/voice; 50% for non-BPO)
• Voice Quality: Clear, professional diction and accent neutrality suitable for international audiences
• Computer Skills: MS Office proficiency
• Shift Commitment: Reliable night shift availability for international time zones
