About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the Acer Process. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and be willing to work in a rotational shift environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

• B.Com, BBM, B.Sc, B.A, Diploma, BCA
• (Note: BE/B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this process)

Languages Required:

• Hindi and English (Both mandatory)
• Versant Level:
• Minimum Level 5

Working Days: 6 days a week

Shifts:

• Females: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Rotational)
• Males: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Rotational)
• Week Off: 1 rotational off

Compensation:

• Fresher: ₹22,000 CTC per month
• Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
• Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries efficiently via call/chat/email.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering professional service.
• Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
