Job Description

Conformics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Client Success Manager to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for driving client onboarding, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and managing compliance-related matters. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong sales background and with excellent client relationship skills. Having worked in the chemical industry and/or otherwise having a background in the science field are seen as merits, and are preferred. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Training: Onboard new clients and conduct initial training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of our platform. Provide comprehensive demos and presentations to showcase platform features and benefits. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers. Ensure high levels of satisfaction through regular follow-ups and personalized support. Service Provider Coordination: Manage service provider requests through the agent portal. Efficiently match requests with appropriate providers and monitor progress to ensure timely follow-ups. Compliance Management: Coordinate with technical and development teams to ensure good cross-communication. Sales & Growth: Leverage your sales experience to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, driving both client retention and acquisition.
