Customer Success Executive - IT

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive who can act as a bridge between leads and conversions. You’ll be responsible for following up with inbound leads, setting up product demos, ensuring client onboarding, and maintaining client satisfaction through proactive support and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle follow-ups from cold calls, WhatsApp, and email campaigns
• Schedule and conduct product demos for CRMs, websites, and digital services
• Manage and update CRM entries for all lead interactions
• Engage with clients post-demo to resolve queries and drive conversion
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth onboarding
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure retention
• Share feedback with internal teams for product/service improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing or inside sales
• Proficiency in cold calling, demo handling, and client follow-ups
• Clear communication skills in English & Hindi
• Strong understanding of IT services like websites, CRMs, and digital tools
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and follow-up systems
• Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to customer handling

Good to Have:

• Background in SaaS or IT-based customer success roles
• Familiarity with tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or WhatsApp Business APIs
• Prior experience in a digital agency or product-based environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
