• Documenting support issues and resolutions accurately.

Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of

• Familiarity with

  Microsoft SQL Server

• Understanding of

  Networking fundamentals

• Proficiency in

  Internet troubleshooting

• Ability to

  learn new tools and technologies quickly.
