Customer Success Engineer Role

As a Customer Success Engineer at Zeta Global, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, tech-oriented environment. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving escalation tickets, applying structured troubleshooting protocols, and ensuring timely resolutions for customers. You will engage with customers through various communication channels such as email, phone, online meetings, and chat conversations to evaluate their needs and proactively resolve technical issues. Taking complete ownership of escalated tickets, you will collaborate with relevant technology teams to facilitate swift resolutions and accurately document troubleshooting steps in CRM and other relevant tools. This role requires your presence primarily in US time zones, necessitating your availability and support during those hours. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information concisely and clearly. Your orientation to technology, especially web technologies like API, HTML, CSS, JSON, SQL, and JavaScript, will be crucial in addressing technical challenges effectively. A team player mentality is essential as you collaborate across various teams, demonstrating strong customer advocacy, consultative skills, multitasking abilities, and effective prioritization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer success or technical support role, with previous exposure to working in US time zones for at least one year.
