As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound calls to understand their insurance needs. You will advise on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products and strive to achieve daily targets while maintaining compliance and service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to understand their insurance needs. - Advise on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products. - Achieve daily targets while maintaining compliance and service quality. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any field. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi without MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors. - Additional knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati) is a plus. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Prior insurance or sales experience is preferred. - Flexible to work in rotational shifts (day shift for female employees up to 8 PM; rotational shifts for male employees). - 6-day workweek. The company offers a competitive compensation package with up to 25,000 CTC for freshers and up to 35,000 CTC for experienced candidates (based on last drawn salary). The interview mode is face-to-face at the Pune office.
