Job Description – Café Crew Member

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining café hygiene, and supporting daily café operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items as per company standards.
• Operate POS systems and handle billing accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the café.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and replenishment of stock.
• Follow food safety guidelines and company SOPs.
• Support the team during peak hours and daily operations.
• Maintain grooming, punctuality, and discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
• Freshers can apply; café or hospitality experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Interest in coffee, food, and hospitality.

Working Conditions

• 9 hours duty (including 1-hour meal break).
• 6 working day

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
