Immediate Hiring – Team Leader (Contact Centre/BPO)

Project: Digital India Call Center (DICC)
Location: Express Corporate Park, Film City, Sector 16A, Noida
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a BPO, Contact Centre, Customer Support, or Technical Helpdesk environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Read, Write & Speak).
• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
• Ability to handle escalations and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Target-oriented with a focus on service quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Customer Service Executives.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct coaching sessions, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Handle customer and process escalations efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational processes.
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management for smooth operations.
