Job Description

As a Customer Service Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the team that helps insurers redefine their customer experience and accelerate their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model. Your role will involve working on Retirement Solutions - Data Entry Services to support the intelligent Insurance Operations. Here's what you would be responsible for: - Utilizing your Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis - Demonstrating advanced OMNI skills - Applying knowledge of TIAA products, services, processes, and procedures, especially related to adjustment processing - Displaying advanced written and oral communication skills - Handling various processes including Excess Refunds, Forfeiture Acct Adjustments, Revenue Credit Acct TXN, Pin Merge/SSN, Corrections, TPA Health, Annual Renewal, BITP, Institutional Stale Dated Checks - Conducting research and reporting of issues related to OMNI, analyzing data, and summarizing issues appropriately - Managing global, plan, and individual level adjustments and remediation projects - Acting as a subject matter expert for Operations and IT for implementations - Assisting with team trainings, knowledge sharing, and SOPs - Performing root cause analysis and continuously working towards process improvement within the business and among business partners In this role, you will be required to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with possible interactions with clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and may also impact the work of others. You will serve as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
