Urgently hiring for International Voice Process and non voice process ( Voice, Chat, Non Voice, blended, semi voice Process)

Location: Manyata Techpark, Bangalore

• Receive inbound calls to gather and verify required information and to solve customer queries
• Have excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately by providing effective solutions
• Ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and
• Actively listen to the customer, and show empathy and patience
• Provide information to the client and place appropriate notes in system
• Should be an immediate joiners
• Should have min six months of work experience preferrably in international voice process, international customer support, us process
• Should have excellent communication skills

Education: 12th pass

comfortable to work in international voice, rotational shift

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
