Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• You shall be responsible to coordinate and ensure that the service delivery of excellent quality and achieves overall contract objectives.
• You shall be responsible oversee the development of relationships between the team of customer service and customers, ensure that schedules and deadlines are met.
• Ensure pleasant ambiance at all projects, that includes upkeep-ment of all the facilities including but not limited to sales offices, common amenities, sold or unsold units.
• Coordinate with Sales team to ensure that inquiries are been handled properly, and none of them remain unattended.
• Ensure proper coordination between Sales and Post sales teams for smooth operation.
