Job Description: As a Customer Service + Telemarketing representative at Karma Group Company, you will be responsible for making calls to members, handling bookings for members at our Resort, processing bookings, and sending Confirmation Letters. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all members receive prompt and accurate information within a 24-hour turnaround time. This role requires adherence to office timings as required. You are expected to possess skills in Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning, Python Programming, Data Visualization, Predictive Modeling, Big Data, SQL, and Data Mining.
