Follow the link below: https://bit.ly/4b0rFJY Brief We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Intern to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers across multiple communication channels. Job Responsibilities Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email in alignment with our brand language. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints to achieve the highest satisfaction levels. Liaise with courier partners to track and expedite delayed deliveries, keeping customers informed about their order status. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for process improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer support. Requirements Strong customer orientation and commitment to addressing customer needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective problem-solving abilities with an empathetic approach. Professionalism and composure under pressure. Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like WhatsApp, Instagram, and email systems. Strong time management skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently. 0-1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the FMCG sector. Familiarity with customer service software or tools and Excel is a plus.
