Join a dynamic team committed to delivering high standards of service in the global travel industry. As we expand our presence in India, we are seeking a Customer Service Executive to support the Team Leader in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.

In this role, you will assist customers, handle routine queries and issues, coordinate with internal teams and partners, escalate complex cases when required, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, take responsibility for ownership, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ::

• Support daily customer service operations and ensure timely and accurate assistance..
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels..
• Handle routine queries and issues, escalating complex cases to the Team Leader when required..
• Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, suppliers, and partners to resolve customer and booking concerns..
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, cases, and resolutions in CRM and operational systems..
• Follow established processes, service standards, and escalation procedures..
• Share recurring issues and feedback with the Team Leader to support process improvements..
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other team initiatives..
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions..
• Take ownership of assigned cases and personal targets while supporting team goals..
• Follow company policies, procedures, and business standards at all times..

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS ::

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the travel industry..
• Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive customer experiences..
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment..
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach..
• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset..
• Ablity to work effectively as part of a collaborative team..
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and attend the office as required..
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook..
• Experience with CRM systems or travel industry tools is an advantage..
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally..

WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE ::

Place :: AundhPune

Working Days :: As per roster, with 2 weekly offs, including weekends and public holidays as applicable.

Working Hours :: Rotational shifts

Shift Coverage :: 24/7 operational support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
