Customer Service Executive - North Region

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling demo calls with new clients and addressing any customer queries. Your responsibilities will include scheduling demo calls with new clients, driving sales of the company's software products through calls, and attending to customer queries over the phone to provide effective solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, with a particular emphasis on English communication. Additionally, online customer support skills are essential for this role. It is also required that you have access to a personal laptop and an Android mobile device, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
