As a customer care representative at our organization located in Poothole, you will be responsible for initiating telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients to drive sales. The ideal candidate should have a Degree/Plus Two qualification and possess 0 to 2 years of experience in customer care. Freshers are also encouraged to apply for this role. Your primary duties will include efficiently communicating verbally with customers, responding to inquiries about our products and organization, and providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
