Job Description

1. Address client queries promptly and effectively via calls, emails and Chat. 2. Provide guidance on online trading platforms, account setup, and trading-related queries. 3. Provide assistance in understanding the pay-in and pay-out processes, resolve any issues or discrepancies and ensure smooth transactions. 4. Generate and provide frequent Management Information System (MIS) reports to the top management. Collaborate with internal departments, such as advisory, operations, compliance and depository to address client issues and ensure timely resolution.
