Attend Phone + Video calls from 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday Know throughout knowledge about the product we sell and provide solutions to the service center calls Will have to visit showrooms with our Quality Manager for Complaints and Demos Have complete knowledge about car audio system and car electronics in General (MUST HAVE) We provide basic product training and guidance Someone with basic excel skills – just to make a log of complaints Daily basis track complaints, and report to quality manager at DHC Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
