Job Description

Our company specializes in organizing conventions, exhibitions, trade shows, and business events. We focus on providing professional event support and excellent customer service to visitors, exhibitors, clients, and business partners.

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers and visitors with event-related queries and information.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Provide information about conventions, exhibitions, trade shows, schedules, and registration procedures.
Support visitor registration and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with exhibitors, event organizers, and internal teams.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate assistance.
Help customers with bookings, event participation, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
