Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can assist users, solve their queries, and give product demos to help new customers get started smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer queries via WhatsApp or phone.
  • Provide app demonstrations and onboarding sessions to new users.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users through app features and updates.
  • Record and report customer feedback to the product and technical teams.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quick and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for user retention and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic understanding of Android apps and POS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
  • Prior experience in customer support or tech demos is a plus.

Job Types: फ़ुल-टाइम, स्थायी

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
