Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Inbound Telecaller / Customer Sales Executive. This role is suitable for freshers who have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and an interest in sales and customer interaction.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining product features, and assisting in generating sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers.
• Promote products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
• Convert customer inquiries into potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
• Follow up with interested customers whenever required.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
