CUSTOMER SALES EXECUTIVE

Working Location: Nagercoil, Tamilnadu

Our team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven female candidate for the position of CUSTOMER SALES EXECUTIVE who is fluent in English and Hindi. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products or services through direct calls to potential customers, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and revenue

Qualifications:

• Graduates from any stream with excellent communication skill.
• Previous experience of minimum a year in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and fluency skill in English, Hindi
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Sales:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, present and promote products/services, and close sales deals by addressing objections and negotiating terms.
• Customer Interaction:
• Actively listen to customer needs, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Follow-up:

• Regularly follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers to build relationships and increase sales conversion rates.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and relevant information for effective follow-up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
