Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries Build rapport with potential customers and understand their property needs Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales teams Maintain follow-ups through phone, email, and WhatsApp communications Keep CRM system updated with all lead activities and status Provide complete product knowledge and support to potential clients Assist in post-sales communication and documentation coordination Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred) 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer relationship roles Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Growth opportunities based on performance
