Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CRM to manage client relationships, coordinate sales activities, and handle agreement-related processes. The candidate should have experience in real estate sales coordination, client handling, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle client enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
2. Manage client follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team.
3. Take care of sales coordination and ensure smooth closure of deals.
4. Handle client queries, concerns, and provide timely updates.
5. Coordinate and manage agreement preparation, documentation, and signing processes.
6. Follow up with clients regarding booking, payments, and agreements.
7. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM software regularly.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills:
1. Good communication and client-handling skills.
2. Knowledge of real estate sales and CRM operations.
3. Experience in agreement coordination and documentation.
4. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
5. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Eligibility
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Real Estate CRM / Sales Coordination.
