Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive / Fundraising Executive
Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Industry: Non-Profit / NGO / Fundraising

Key Responsibilities:

Present organizational details to potential customers and persuade them to support the organization's initiatives.
Explain the organization's activities and address customer queries.
Collect customer details, including name and address, and schedule appointments.
Handle incoming calls from potential customers generated through advertisements.
Follow up with potential donors through telephone calls, emails, or letters.
Respond to customer enquiries and maintain effective communication.
Support day-to-day organizational activities, including report preparation and administrative tasks.
Attend team meetings and Board meetings as required.
Participate in staff appraisals and relevant training programs.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer service, fundraising, or customer relationship management will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
