Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, manage sales queries, and ensure client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a healthcare or medical equipment background are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Officer plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client

 Handling inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and chats

 The candidate should be good in handling the sales query and convert into success.

 Strong knowledge of medical equipment.

 Deepening relationships with the existing customer base of the company.

 Should be able to provide customers with detailed information on products, services & offers.

 Ability to handle all customer queries and complaints and resolved with in TAT.

 Handling escalation cases and resolving customer queries by coordinating with product and operations team.

 Agent should be proactive to handle the sales and services calls.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to listen proactively.

 Problem solving skills.

 Ability to handle work well and maintain quality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
