Customer Relation Support

• Greet and welcome customers professionally and courteously.
• Assist customers throughout their showroom visit – from initial inquiry to post-purchase support.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage appointments and coordinate with sales and design consultants.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages related to customer inquiries, orders, and service issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer feedback, complaints, and requests.
• Maintain customer records in CRM systems accurately.
• Collaborate with the sales, inventory, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Support in showroom events, client gifting, and loyalty programs.
• Educate customers on diamond quality, certification, and product care (training will be provided if needed).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
