Customer Relation Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Backend / CRM Executive to support dealership sales operations by managing CRM/DMS data, booking entries, documentation, vehicle tracking, MIS reporting, and delivery coordination to ensure smooth and timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain vehicle bookings in CRM/DMS accurately
• Update lead status, bookings, test drives, and delivery details
• Coordinate vehicle allotment, invoicing, PDI, registration, and insurance tracking
• Prepare delivery documents, customer dockets, and welcome kits
• Maintain customer documentation for compliance and audits

Requirements:

• Experience in CRM/DMS or automobile dealership backend preferred
• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
• Good coordination and documentation skills
