Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at Roverz MotorBikes Pvt. Ltd., located in Alappuzha, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in handling customer queries, maintaining positive relationships, and supporting the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups - Coordinate effectively with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Gather feedback from customers and address any issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide support in showroom administration and basic documentation work Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduate - Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English - Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Office and data entry - Customer-friendly attitude and a strong willingness to learn - Minimum of 1 year of experience is required Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in customer handling or showroom-based roles - Possession of a two-wheeler license (optional but advantageous) Additional Details: Roverz MotorBikes Pvt.
